My wife is an established patient with abdominal pain , not scheduling her because they were waiting for pelvic ultrasound report from obgyn.
The other hospital showed confirmation that they had sent to Methodist but they denied that they had received it . Then I faxed by personal fax again , they told again we have not received it regardless of confirmation in my hand .
Very disorganized office stay away from this clinic

Waited 7 weeks for an appointment. It was virtual. Had a problem and the nurse called to do the check in. Well since I didn't currently have symptoms the nurse would not put me through to the doctor. Guess I'll just get to be real sick again and have to wait another 7 weeks just to be told NOPE again and then maybe I'll die. Yay!

I didn't have a good experience visiting Matthew Tompson. I was once seen by one of his fellow partner which previously misdiagnosed me when in fact I needed surgery asap. My apologies for not trusting him with my care again. Well Tompson didn't even come in to consult me professionally but rudely and unprofessionally stood at the door and told me that their partners don't share patients. (the office scheduled me and I was told this after waiting a month) Telling me it was nothing he can do for me and what I was going through was normal. (If so why is other physician more concerned and think differently) He said that his partner didn't find anything so he don't know what he should be looking for either. First of all sir your partner told me that I was lactose intolerant but I actually had a infected gallbladder that had to be removed. Lord Bless him and his Partners.

They are not straightforward with their prices. The price of my 10 minute consultation was $485, when I was only going for an annual checkup. I called my insurance and they mentioned the hospital used a charge code for a high difficulty 1 hour appointment. I called the clinic to check on the charges and they refused to change the code.

Definitely one of the worst doctors offices I have been too. Staff out and out lied to me about the doctor I had an appointment with seeing me in the hospital and when I showed up for my appointment they refused to see me because I was still inpatient at the hospital. There is no excuse for this.

Dr. Abraham and her team are brilliant. She stays up to date on top research, treatments, and procedures in gastroenterology. She’s the best Gastro I’ve seen and I highly recommend.

Went to see Dr. Kaplan. The doctor and staff are great and very thorough. Out of the last 3 doctors seen for this same issue, he is the only one to ask questions. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor for stomach pain.

One of the most incompetently run departments ever. I’m dismayed and losing confidence in the staff. The lack of accurate and timely communication is offensive.
