I have a long and hard GI medical history and have been let down by doctor after doctor. This facility was highly recommended by my PCP and I called with a referral to make an appointment and was shot down by a very condescending scheduling person who told me that because I have been seen by a different doctor in the last year they will not allow me to make an appointment here. I am so sad and let down by the complete disrespect that this medical field has treated me with. I am simply someone who has been very patient in trying to establish care with a doctor I can trust and this “highly recommended” office wouldn’t even give me the consideration. Very very very disappointed.

Marissa, PA, provides some of the most patient centered care I have ever had the luxury of experiencing as a patient. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided education about my complex medical problems thoughtfully and carefully. I don't think I have ever had a provider make me feel so seen, heard and validated as a patient. I feel my healthcare is in excellent hands with her.

I really like the specialists that I've seen here for gastro issues and routine procedures. However, it is awful trying to schedule an appointment. I get on there system, am told by the robot that I am first in the queue, yet I just sit waiting forever. I am on try number 5 now and no one has picked up. This is ridiculous. PLEASE ADD AN OPTION TO LEAVE A MESSAGE.

Dr. Greenwood was very easy to talk to. She had taken the time to review my records ahead of my new patient consult and explained my new celiac diagnosis well. I didn’t feel rushed when meeting with her. I am glad I found her practice!
