Dr Povilus took her time to find out exactly what was going on and make sure I understood everything she was discussing with me. She was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and made sure I understood the answers. I didn't feel rushed and it seemed like she legitimately cared about what my concerns were. I would recommend her to anyone that was looking for a GI doctor.

Rachel Povilus is an absolute gem for this practice. She listened to me completely and took all my questions with grace while answering them in full. She explained my labs in detail and made me feel I knew exactly what each was for and what answers we got from them. This practice is a very busy office with lots of moving parts and despite that I felt heard,seen and that my time was important. The staff here also makes it an office I love coming too. The front desk receptionist is kind, organized and very efficient at juggling many patients at once from both sides of the desk. Also Rachel Povilus’s assistant was such a bright light that made me feel relaxed and answered what questions she could all while making sure she had all the information in order to make my appointment go smoothly all while juggling her scooter. She explained in detail what to expect with my upcoming procedure and answered all the questions and concerns I had in detail with a warm smile, darling attitude and she was just a doll. Gastroenterology of the Rockies is a company in which their values and concerns for their patients are heard and valid. I recommend this office to my friends and family who are all coming up on the ages of being seen. Thank you so much everyone for the hard work in which you ensure your patients are taken care of.
