The front desk needs improvement on providing prep instructions before the procedure. This online instructions and check in is great for some, but not all!
My procedure was in a Tuesday. I call and left a message Thursday before about the prep and was never called back. I had to drive in on Monday am to the office and get my instructions.
As an RN I feel the senior population may benefit from clearer instructions.
As for the day of my procedure, the staff in the procedural area was amazing!

The facility was clean, the staff friendly, professional and in a good mood. The care given was very considerate. Everything was clearly explained. They made a not pleasant procedure as pleasant as possible. Lets face it, nobody likes these things, but the staff and facility were excellent, which made the experience fairly easy.

My team was again awesome! I had no anxiety because of their caring easy going manner. Dr. Harris spent time giving me the results and answering my questions. This is my third colonoscopy with them and I'll stay with them in the future.

The check in was easy and simple. The care from the nurses (Kim and Ashley) was awesome. They did a great job explaining the process and what to expect. They were tentative to my needs and request. It was a pleasant experience.

Had a great first visit with a provider here after moving from Boston. The admin staff were efficient professionals, and my provider clearly read my old providers notes and gave me a clear care plan. So far so good!!

Saw a very nice PA who recommended a course of action. However, when I reviewed the notes of my visit, they were inaccurate. And when I called the office to find out about my insurance coverage, there was no answer during business hours so I left a voice mail. No return call.

Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and very nice.
I didn’t have to wait long for my procedure. Dr Prosser is great and came in to see me prior to the procedure and directly after the procedure to let me know what was done. All nurses were wonderful!

This was a very positive experience. The Doctor and staff were professional and caring. Communication was excellent. I was able to be more relaxed because I understood what to expect throughout the process. Results and recommendations were communicated clearly. Excellent physician and staff!
Thanks to the staff and major improvements in prep procedures, I no longer dread my next colonoscopy!
