I can't begin to describe just how terrible the billing services in particular are, but also their phone system in general. It's a shame because Dr. Spector (whom I saw) was a good, sensible physician, but the apparatus around care here truly sucks. I was billed for $400 in advance because I was told that I hadn't paid my deductible, even though I know I had. I had to call insurance and the billing dept a number of times, until I finally got written proof from my insurance that they received my deductible and sent it to them. Additionally, I got kicked off the 'waiting line' to speak to someone at West River endoscopy/Gastroenterology associates once or twice, which meant this process took 4+ hours of my life in total. The billing specialist ('Kiki') was very rude to me in this process, and I did not receive an apology. On the day, there was some problem with their billing software, so I paid but it registered weirdly. After the procedure, I received a bill for the $100 co-pay that I had already paid. I had to call back and make this clear, and again the staff were not particularly apologetic and initially made out that I hadn't paid - I had to explain the fault with the billing software before they 'got it'. Family physicians, refer your patients elsewhere. Patients, take your GI problems elsewhere, the stress of hanging on the phone with these folks is not worth it!

Dr. Gao and all the staff made my procedure easy and they were very helpful, nice, kind. I had endoscopy and colonoscopy same day and everything was great. My experience was positive. Thanks everyone!!!

I had my first upper Endoscopy yesterday and I was very nervous. Everyone I encountered was very nice and comforting. This is my second procedure from Dr. Adrain and I would highly recommend this office.

Do you have reviews shut off because many people are unhappy! I wonder why! Waiting three weeks for a phone call to make a first appointment. And then I most likely will be waiting another 3 weeks to see a doctor! How are you helping people exactly?

I will sue this place . I got colonoscopy and endoscopy here and been bleeding from my rectum for about two months. I got follow up and got to my appointment less than 10 min late and they refused to see me. Now they rescheduled me so far away. I had so much pain I had to go to the emergency room. I already got in contact with a medical malpractice lawyer. I hope this medical institution go down. I will be speaking with my lawyer about heinous practices here. Be Aware everyone Dr Valley C DreisBach is a fraud and its getting sued by me. Update: they called me now to make an appointment sooner after they realize I was really suing them. And I will still persue to sue. This place is gonna let people die sooner or later.

After 3 months the worst experience with the area of ​​payments, they need to know more about how to calculate the costs according to the type of medical insurance that the patient has; and send to collect the exact receipt of the service that the patient received and not send the same to collect twice. they say the amount you owe is the same!! I will never agree since black and white are not the same color for you to understand.
And most importantly, I find out more important details about the diagnosis of my studies through my health insurance and not from the doctor who treated me, if I don't call to find out the alleged new charges, I never find out that I have to go to my general doctor for a quick check. The receptionist was extremely rude to me and seemed annoyed that I was even calling. When I told her my issues she said I won't be able to get in for a month. I then told her how serious it was and that I am unable to eat and am losing weight rapidly, she said well, good luck with that with a laugh.
