Dr. Arora is one of the worst doctors I've encountered. I honestly question what low grade and low quality med school he went to abroad and paid money to in order to graduate. I dont know how someone so unskilled and unprofessional as Arora ever slimed and slithered his way into the medical profession. This guy is a disgrace to healthcare and shouldn't be allowed near patients.

I should have reported him to the medical board. He was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and frankly I'm disgusted with the way he interacted with my daughter. She filed a complaint with his office manager and of course they did nothing. If anyone decides to file a complaint with the medical board or CDPH I think there is more than enough people in the reviews to make a case.

I have been experiencing swallowing difficulties and acid reflux. Dr. Arora did an upper endoscopy on January 2nd, 2024. Dr. did not have the courtesy to talk to my family or myself to discuss the results of my procedure. I called the office to schedule a follow up appointment and was told to schedule appointments only as needed. When I voiced my concerns, the staff member told me that Dr. did speak with my family and was documented, that information is incorrect, my family never received a call. from the Dr. or staff. A staff member informed me that a hiatal hernia was found and the next available appointment to see Dr. Arora was not until March. In the meantime, I continue to exhibit symptoms so what do I do How is my hiatal hernia treated? Is this the reason why I am exhibiting acid reflux and swallowing difficulties? I cont to lose wt because of my swallowing difficulties and yet I have to wait until March to see Dr. Arora.

Finding a Doctor that you can relate to and talk to is no small task. But just as important is the Staff. They can make or break the Doctor/Patient relationship faster than anything. And this is one thing that I have enjoyed from the very beginning, dealing with Dr. Arora's staff and associates (his office and the surgery center staff). They are professional without being stuffy, they are happy to take the next step without making me bad for asking for help. In this day and age of masks, masks, masks, it's sometimes hard to tell if someone just has a 'plastic smile' with no real feeling, but you can see in their eyes that those smiling voices are real!
Thank you, Dr. Arora, for helping me deal with constant pain. Thank you for making it easy to trust you, and believe what you say. And thank you for building a great staff of hard-working people that always make it a pleasant experience to come visit your office. Aloha!

Dr Arora is one of the finest doctors around. This man actually called me to let me know information about my condition. I was so surprised that he took the time for me and didn't have the nurse call. Dr Arora sets a standard that all doctors should follow. This man truly cares about his patients.
