Showed up for my first appoint 15 minutes early, had to wait 90 minutes while being gaslit it was going to just be 10 minutes. Doctor saw me, didn't even make eye contact, and finished with me in 10 minutes. Every time I call I get placed on 15 minutes holds even for simple stuff. Just horrible at the customer service part of being a business. They seem clinically skilled, you are in good hands but the staff seems to be either too busy or not care. Oh and the worst part, they have screens in the patient rooms that show ads for drugs and stuff, feels unbelievably disrespectful. The place feels like they got bought by private equity.

It was easy to make an appointment online and be seen the following week. What was not easy was waiting almost an hour once at the office. However, Dr. Linn was worth it. He is kind, professional, and very smart. I immediately felt heard and he provided concrete next steps and a plan for managing my exacerbated IBS.

Dr. Hyatt is a fantastic doctor that is helping me with my disease. His assistant, the staff, and infusion nurses all do an excellent job and I can tell they really care about me and aren't trying to rush to the next person. Also the infusion nurses do an excellent job it doesn't take them multiple times to give me an IV they are pros. I don't know about the other doctors at the practice but ask for Dr. Hyatt!

I like Dr Herzig, but the staff at the Acton office is bad. They messed up my prescription to the pharmacy and did very little to fix it. For 1 month I had to pay for the meds through my pockets. It was finally fixed after 1 month and after many many phone calls. The staff also doesn't let you speak, constantly speaking over you so you can't communicate your issue. And now, they don't let you meet with doctors only nurse practitioners :(. Doctor, review your staff.

The doctors themselves are nice, but the office staff is atrocious. I’ve also been given the run-around the whole year on a diagnosis & I’m just hemorrhaging money on over-the-counter stuff they keep telling me to try, as if I hadn’t desperately done research and tried these things before coming to a specialist. I will be looking for a new practice & not returning.

I had a colonoscopy which included the removal of a large polyp they found. I had no issues with any of the nurses or doctors. I asked them if I could do it without anesthesia. They said sure, but how about they put in the thing in my arm so that if I change my mind they can do it quickly? I lasted about 20 seconds before I begged them to put me under. I wouldn't last long under torture. I think most doctors wouldn't have accommodated my request in the first place, but they were patient and humored me. Efficient, professional, and no complications.

Went for an upper endoscopy recently. As someone with extreme health anxiety, everyone here was very comforting and reassuring about the procedure. From the nurses, to Dr. Patel, and to the anesthesiologist team, everyone made it a pain free and comfortable experience. They even played music of my choice before I zonked out from the anesthesia lol. I highly recommend them , and especially Dr. Patel. Also to anyone with anxiety about procedures like this, I literally fell asleep and woke up without knowing anything had happened . So don't stress!

I had two procedures in April done by Dr Herzig and her team. Everyone is so kind and the communication is great, results were relayed in a timely manner. Special shout out to Michelle and Laura my nurses, they were both exceptional.
