Arrived early, greeted with hello’s
And smiles. Was taken back within 5 minutes. Doctor ask questions of my issues. Listened to my answer
Scheduled the procedure I need done. Marked it URGENT and will be scheduled 1/2 weeks. Finally after 2 years of trying to get a referral for an In-Network doctor (not one doctor in town takes my insurance)
Unfortunately an hour away from home
I can rest easy now knowing I will get an answer to my medical issue

I walked out before my scheduled appointment time with answers and a huge thank you to Dr Mittal

Customer service is horrible. The staff doesn't return phone call messages with regards to, scheduling appointments, lab information, and pertinent information with an upcoming appointment. I've had to resort to driving to their office multiple days in a row to get answers about anything, due to the fact they don't pick up the phone. Don't trust the staff to send over your labs to any place either. You will be disappointed when you show up to your appointment and lab requests weren't submitted as stated. I'd give this place negative stars if I could. I will not return to this place of business again, and definitely wouldn't recommend this doctor's office to anyone.

I was diagnosed with 2 autoimmune diseases this year & started seeing C. Eastman at Dr Mittal’s office. She started me on medication & an infusion right away. No BS, no waiting. I came to her broken & exhausted. Sadly I recently moved out of state & had to cancel my appointment this week because the 7 hour drive is too much on my body right now. I am regretting not even trying because I am in so much discomfort again, the infusions do wonders. If I can figure it out financially I will continue to come back to Dr Mittal & drive the 7 hours each way for my autoimmune treatments. I also recommend the turmeric vitamins! I have had one prior experience with a rheumatologist in Palm Desert & had a very bad experience. I’m glad I was referred to Dr Mittal’s office: thank you!
