Worst reception office ever. I was trying to call at least 10-15 times a day to schedule my appt to see doctor but no answer. Sometime they picked up the phone and said to call you back but they never did. The reason I am still going to go there because the doctor is really nice and kind however they need to do big improvement on their front desk office. It’s terrible…

My appointment was at 1:30 I checked in filled out all of the online forms before coming. I came in at 1:20, I was asked to fill out the form I did online already again. It was inconvenient because I did not have my medication on me other information that I needed, what’s the point of doing all of this online if you were going to ask us to do it again when we come? The worst part is ended up waiting until 4 o’clock, finally was asked to go inside the patient room, ended up waiting another 45 minutes on the doctor.. the place was packed when I came in, why overbook yourself with patients that you have no time for? My back is killing me sitting down all this time., you better believe I’ll never come back here again.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this place and their reception team. I would not recommend anyone leave their health in the hands of this office. I had an appointment set and prior to my appointment I had to do an extreme prep before my procedure. They could not contact me in a timely manner to let me know that my surgery was to be rescheduled. They called my job and daughter to let them know that they needed to contact me. I tried contacting them back and no answer. Later, I find out it was because they were not going to be able to do the procedure. All of that after I had already started the extreme prep. Let me tell you that was not fun. Poor communication on their end. I contacted my insurance to see if they were contacted by the office. Guess what? No order number, had never been contacted. So, how was my procedure ever going to happen in the first place? I am left frustrated having to deal with this and my health. They can cancel your procedure appointment within 24 hrs, but if you don’t cancel your appointment within 72hrs you have to pay a fee. How funny is that?

i will not recommend this office to any one who’s sick they never answer the phone the front desk ladies has no professionalism they are extremely rude I’m disappointed with my experience I’m going to be extremely happy when it’s OVER NEVER AGAIN ! will i double back love you Pri but you need a NEW team this one not it im a face to face person and I wish I knew who was talking to me

I made my appointment after being referred by 3 separate doctors telling me I needed to see a G.I. Specialist. While meeting with the doctor, I expressed my concerns, which she immediately dismissed. She did no physical exam and did not want to do any testing. She claimed that even if tests were ordered they would hypothetically be negative, regardless of the fact that this was my initial consultation. I got her to agree to do testing but needless to say I will not be doing the testing with them or going back. It was a true waste of time.

The doctor is good the staff is horrible no one ever answers the phone and if once in a blue moon they do answer they speak to me in the worst way very bad inhumane treatment of dealing with sick people. Just horrible
