I love the staff at TX Digestive Disease Consultants. The support staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. David and Melanie are exceptionally capable, knowledgeable and friendly. I adore them as if they were my own children. The doctors are incredibly intelligent without being stuffy or arrogant in any way. They listen to your concerns and provide a level of care that makes one feel secure and in good hands. I highly recommend them.

My visit was efficient and the clinical team was very friendly and efficient. However, the wait times for the billing department is extremely long. I also find it beneficial to be informed about my personal office visit financial responsibility before arriving for my appointment. My appointment was scheduled almost three months in advance, but did not find out about my office visit amount until I checked in.

Baylor Scott and White Digestive Health is a professional practice. I waited three months for an appointment, and I will wait 5 more weeks for the procedure I need. It is hard to wait so long for appointments, because I am in a great deal of discomfort. For this appointment the doctor's associate spent a lot of time interviewing me, and did a very thorough job. The doctor didn't need to discuss things further once she was briefed. Both were very helpful in answering my questions, and in recommending the next step.
