Initially, my appointment was scheduled in January. I had asked to be called if there was a cancellation so I could be seen earlier. I was called Friday for an opening on Monday. At that time I was told I would be emailed instructions and a prescription would be called in to the pharmacy. A couple of hours later I called because I had not received the email. I had to leave a message but was called back. At this point I was told that the staff member would check on it and make sure it was sent. Late in the afternoon I received a phone call with some pre-procedure questions. I again said that I had not received the email. I was told that it would be checked on.
I never received the email. The pharmacy never received the prescription. There was no phone number to call and leave a message or speak to anyone.
Looking on the website (not even positive that it was the correct website), I found pre-procedure instructions as well as directions for the use of Docolax and Miralax Not sure if it was it was the information I needed, I called the 24 hour nurse line and was told that was a method that was used, but I should ask the pharmacist what they thought.
So, with some level of uncertainty I used the Miralax.
Monday morning I got a phone call from the office saying that they noticed that the email had bounced back and they assumed that the pre-procedure had not been completed. She determined that my email address was misspelled. However, the pharmacy never received a prescription for me.
Sounds like the ball was dropped.
I arrived at the appointed time and was taken to pre-op shortly, where I remained for an hour and a half with no explanation of the delay.
Everyone was kind and courteous and the post-op was uneventful.

Dr Michael Hall is the best. He listen, understands and he recommends best suggestions and better medication he is a great doctor I haven't talked to any doctor lately that I feel confident of his prognosis
