I came in with my mom to get her appointment done. They told us to come in 15 mins early to fill out paperwork just for them to be on a lunch break. After waiting, they gave us paper work to fill out and as I’m writing out my mom’s name, they rushed us into a room. Dr. Pudhota, treated me and my mother as if we were below her. She was yelling at my mom as if she was yards away from her, repeating to my mom as if she was dumb. I had told her prior that she’ll be speaking to me because I’ll be translating for my mom. She walked out the room MID conversation, as I’m repeating to her what my mom had wanted so she doesn’t leave. MID through the door, she gives me and my mom an attitude. She walked away after finishing up with our appointment, didn’t bother pointing us to where to leave so we were wandering around finding the exit. We approached a staff member and he guided us out, I explained to him about us getting mistreated and he dismissed our problems. If you guys plan on getting mistreated and want to be treated as if you’re below her, you can come to this place. If not, I recommend finding a different place.

RESPONSE TO THEIR “REPLY” TO MY REVIEW:

Being short staffed is not an excuse to mistreat my mother and I. You do not undermine your patients nor walk out while they’re talking to you. You do not ignore patients who are talking to you about their experience of being mistreated. You did not follow “appropriate guidelines.” Appropriate guidelines means treating your patient with respect, I received none of that. Take accountability for your actions instead of justifying yourself.

The negative reviews are very legitimate.
As I was sitting in the lobby, the nurse discussed a patient's diagnosis and care plan in the lobby. They overcharged me for a consultation appointment. I saw many red flags, and definitely will not be returning.

I got up around 6:30 to take my father to his colonoscopy consultation at the Mansfield location. We arrived at the office shortly before his 8 a.m. appointment, only to find it closed. A few minutes later, nursing students and elderly patients began gathering, all left standing out in the cold, waiting for the office to open. They later called around 10:30am asking why he missed his appointment at 8:30am. I told them we were there and they were not. The receptionist proceeded to argue with me. I’m sorry. If you ask a patient to be 15 minutes early to his appointment, you well better be in the office 30-60min prior. We’ll be taking our rectums to a more punctual provider’s office.

A complaint was filed with the medical board.

BEWARE!!!! If I could give negative stars I definitely would!!!! Dr. Pudhota although did a fine job on my procedure, she has very deceptive practices. You are told she accepts your insurance and then turn around and bill through her office versus where you got your pre-authorization. Completely unethical and very deceptive. She has done this to others I see by the reviews and should have listen! Beware of using her services. You will absolutely REGRET IT!!!!

I was having a very bad gut for more than 2 months. Nothing worked. But as soon as I visited Dr. Pudotha, 50% of my problems just cleared away. She diagnosed what was my infection was and has gave me a medication for it. She is very sweet and friendly. I would recommend her to everyone who is having a bad gastrointestinal problem. I am in medication now and I am very hopeful that the left 50% will go away since the problem is already recognized by her.

Stay away from them.
Had a very bad experience with Doctor's office. Went there for a visit and was in office for 10 minutes and it was determined that I don't need any services, no diagnosis nothing was done. Later sent a bill of $400. Insurance not paying and it is coming out of my pocket.
No response on their portal. They put you on hold if you call office. Not at all professional.
