From the time I arrived until I made my next appointment and left, the staff was professional and respectful. Each staff member was smiling and caring and made my experience so comfortable. Dr. Stern is wonderful. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel an integral part of my treatment. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment I have no doubt that you couldn’t find a better doctor.

It took 2 weeks to get a call back about and X-ray. Unexceptionable. Waiting for two weeks to get a call about a result of an X-ray and the waiting every day to hear from someone was terrible. Not fun. Just because we’re older doesn’t mean we sit around waiting for a call from a doctors office. Some of us are active and have a life.

Do not go, nasty nasty and above all incapable of doing their work. The manager worst than the others. I was planned for a cat scan and I was not able to have to study because they where not able to take my insurance data on the computer. I decided to self-pay, but in that moment when i felt the negative attitude of those people I left. I drunk the contrast for nothing. DO NOT GO trust me !!!!!
