NP Sherry Johnson was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She gave me a thorough evaluation of what I would be expecting with my next procedure. She answered all my questions and concerns. All staff members were attentive and professional as well.

From check in to check out, the office staff was excellent! They made sure I understood directions of what I needed to do before leaving. The PA I saw could not have been more thorough. She asked a lot of questions and took her time. I can’t say enough about how happy I am that I chose this office. I highly recommend this practice!

1st class operation in every respect. My check-in was quick as I was greeted by a very polite and competent lady. The appointment was right on time and exceptional! And the checkout process was also quick concise with a very helpful scheduler. I cannot imagine a better experience at a doctors office

Great doctors terrible office. They don’t answer phones on Fridays or Mondays. The doctors assistant NEVER answers the phone and rarely calls back. I’ve been calling for TWO weeks to update my insurance to get a medication that is now PAST due for and I still haven’t received a call back.

It was going to take me 13 months to see a G.I. Physician at Cleveland Clinic in Martin county. It took me three days to get an appointment with a physician At Gastro Health. I had to drive an hour to get there, but they saw me quickly, reviewed all my symptoms and discussed a treatment plan with me, and promptly scheduled all my follow up appts. So far, I’m very pleased with their professionalism and the friendliness of their staff. I feel like I’m in good hands.

I had a GI consult this morning Front desk person was nice as also Eloise and Rebecca Green PA when I got to scheduling it all changed! She was not friendly at all gave me an appointment in Palm Beach Gardens and didn’t tell
Me wasn’t in Jupiter so I said I wanted Jupiter i was trying to figure out my work schedule & a ride She was rude!!! Lady in end with red hair said call an Uber!!!‍♀️After a procedure? I don’t think so! I almost left because those 2 were unfriendly and seemed aggravated!Ugh i finally got an appointment in Jupiter!! I needed a ride not everyone can just take the appointment they give us! If u hate your job then leave!
