Mi experiencia ha sido súper mala, el servicio y la atención el día que fui estuvo de maravilla hasta que empecé ya luego a recibir diferentes bills cobrando por separado miles de cosas, mi endoscopia fue en agosto y aún en octubre siguen apareciendo bills. Cuando llamas para quejarte te dan miles de excusas ‍♀️ y al final tienes que pagar. Es una falta de respeto ya que el día de mi procedimiento en la copia del documento de lo que tal vez tuviese que pagar decía cero no entiendo entonces porque ya voy por más de 500 dólares

Friendly staff-Kim-who were able to get me in quickly as I had concerning issues.
I found that John Washington, PA-C was attentive, caring, and very thorough. In fact he pinpointed my problem and with meds I’ve improved dramatically only a couple days later. He was awesome.

There are so many good things I'll love to say about this place but at the end left with a bitter taste. My primary physician gave me a referral to this facility to schedule my first colonoscopy back in October. I called the place, and the lady who answered the phone was about and rude. At the time, I was transitioning between insurance, and apparently, there was a problem with accepting my new insurance. The lady was supposed to call back but never did, so I got discouraged and never followed up. That should have been enough of a red flag for me. Fast forward to december, and I got a call from a young lady who was following up with patients who never got to schedule the procedure. She was apologetic and very nice. She explained she was helping the department. She mentioned that they were booked for the year and tentatively scheduled for February. She then called back and mentioned they had an opening for December 19th. It was close to christmas, so I was hesitant, but given the fact that I had canceled many times before and it was way overdue, I went ahead and scheduled it. Got my prescription. Got a phone call from a lady to go over the prep instructions but was never emailed a copy of it, so the day before, I called the center and got another lady emailing the prep instructions. The procedure was scheduled for 1:00pm. I was called about 1:45pm, and they got me on the gown and lined up with like 8 otherones' schedule for the procedure. While I'm lying in there, I hear the nurse confused about patient number 1 or patient number 2. I was supposed to be second, but somehow was first. I am worried about the nurse being confused. They get the procedure done, and I wake up to these nurse that's on my face telling me about finding some polyps and having samples sent to pathology. Mind you, I was still dazzed from the anesthesia, trying to process the information and catch up with the fast talking nurse. My head was spinning. Finally, the doctor comes over to the bed and goes over the findings. Still confused, I was asked to get dressed and felt rushed out of the facility. Left the place with more questions than answers. The next day, I got a call from the same nurse who rushed me out of the facility asking if I had any questions. I explained that I had the same questions I had the previous day before I left the office, and she abruptly answered, "You just have to wait for the pathology results. She was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. Tried to speak to the doctor, she wasn't available, tried to speak to the facility manager, she was on vacation. I got to speak to the receptionist, and she noted my concerns. Today, it's 12/31/ 24, and I still have not received a call from the doctor or the facility manager. To be fair, I understand transitioning between staff members, but this place is definitely a mad house. Sparr yourself a paintfull experience and schedule somewhere else.
