Chelsea is tremendous in her ability to listen and then diagnose problems. The office staff on the other hand leaves a lot to desire. Depending on your office, you can hear them whine and complain through the wall. You have to fill out their online on-boarding questionnaire which is long only to be asked them exact same questions at check-in. Their doctors and NP's are excellent. The staff is a 2 star experience.

I had to go to the the gastrointestinal medical building in Glendora and I'd like to say on here they're great. From the time I scheduled to the time I checked in and saw the registered nurse practitioner they were very accommodating because of the way those ladies treat that patience. I've been in there before and I know they are so understanding of problems people have. Whether it be filling out a form or just listing of medications on the pre appointment card. Since I carry a list in my phone and I also had printed it out and given it to the clinic I made it clear I already done that when I I've seen before, they said okay. So I give them a five star rating because the two times I've gone they have been exceptional in the way they treated me and other patients I noticed. They're happy with their jobs apparently because they're always smiling. Thank you so much gastrointestinal Medical Department here in Glendora. You have made it very easy to get things taken care of. There's fine nurses and doctors working for this company here in Glendora. God bless

She was very kind and understanding of my son’s autism during the exam. She was thorough in her questioning of his intestinal difficulties. She took a lot of time trying to get to the bottom of his issues and came up with a great treatment plan for him.
