I had a great first visit with Dr. Shaye. He is pleasant and very thorough, listening carefully to all my concerns and explaining everything clearly. The staff was welcoming and efficient, and John -his PA- was just as attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’m hopeful for positive results. 5 stars!

Dr. Enayati did an excellent job doing an endoscopy and colonoscopy for me. The entire experience was painless and I had no complications. He is a very competent Doctor and I am grateful for his service. I can acknowledge that as a fellow Doctor in the healthcare field, that the healthcare field has been less than ideal in general due to reimbursement struggles recently. It is refreshing to see an office that is both efficient and with good quality of care. All the staff was polite and caring and checked in regarding important information a few times just to be 100% sure that everything goes smoothly.

I highly recommend him. He was also very receptive to my needs when I first consulted with him. During patient care I strive to use the following three values: patient values, evidence, clinical experience. It is also very nice to see that he includes patient values in his practice. Please don't confuse efficient operations with good quality of care. I personally strive for good quality of care with efficient operations in my practice as well as it is the only way to be reimbursed properly in the challenging healthcare field.

I like Dr. Shaye very much, but his office is terribly inefficient. More that 70% of the time when I call I am routed to leave a voice mail, which less than 50% of the time is returned. Very, very frustrating and causes tremendous anxiety when there are serious issues to be dealt with.
