I had a great experience at the AG NORTH AUSTIN. DR LANG AND STAFF WHERE AWESOME. I had excellent experience at check in with Sheronda. I was greeted with a smile and was ask how was my day going. Sheronda made sure all of my paperwork signed and correct. Thank to everyone at the AG NORTH AUSTIN LOCATION!!!

I have used Dr. Long and Louise for many years now. Their office always runs so very smoothly. They run on time. You Dont have to sit in the waiting room or exam room for very long. They are so very punctual. They are efficient, caring and good people. The surgery center where Dr Long does his procedures in North Austin, they have their stuff together as well. Super caring and efficient staff. Very punctual on time. I am so very thankful for this group and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I didn't approve how they treating a routine exam order by the primary care with a different code just to get money from the health insurance and mine (out of pocket).

Medical assistant had my incorrect records even though the PA had the correct records for me in detail. Also the MA had very strong perfume on which for an asthma patient is very triggering. The PA was great. Would give her 5 stars.
