Run run run!!! As fast as you can, RUN! Please believe the reviews! I was charged just for him to call and ask me if I’ve had a colonoscopy before, and that the nurse will call to schedule my appt. ? $250 for you to ask me a question is bazaar! Needless to say, my discernment didn’t allow me to go through with the service… because clearly something is not right. Not to mention it took weeks just to get someone on the phone to cancel the appointment for the colonoscopy just so they wouldn’t charge me

ETA: I added a star because I finally received the medication that insurance needed a prior authorization for. I still feel that communication from this clinic is very poor, but I am grateful that they at least got the medication covered (the cost without insurance was going to be $700~). I'm still not convinced that taking yet another acid blocking medication is going to help, but I'm going to try it and see.

I've been disappointed with the care I've received from this provider/facility. It took me months to even get on his schedule because the first several times I called, no one answered the phone and his voicemail box was full.

His bedside manner is poor. I gave him a pass on this at first, because as a neurodivergent person, I understand that not everyone can be charismatic and that's ok. But unfortunately it is yet another aspect of what I find disappointing about this provider - he doesn't seem to care about me as a patient at all.

He booked me for two different scope procedures, even though I had gotten one of them within the last 12 months from a different provider; the other was worth repeating, though. Unfortunately the one I likely didn't need didn't lead to any answers.

He was resistant to even reviewing my medical records when I met with him in person, and then when he actually needed some of that information, he barely glanced at the pages.

He keeps prescribing medication that my insurance won't cover, and his office can't be bothered to call me back to confirm if they have received a prior authorization request from my pharmacy.

I can't even get a callback to schedule a follow-up, but he's billed my insurance for listening to my voicemails. Frankly I do not feel safe continuing to see this provider. I feel he is not willing to help me determine the cause of my symptoms, and I question his judgement when it comes to treatment.

I would not have even scheduled with him to begin with, based on the reviews he has, but I was told that there are no other practicing GI doctors in this area that accept my insurance. I sincerely hope that is not the case, because at this point I am not sure it is even worth continuing to see him.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I made an appointment with this doctor. First of all, according to my recent phone log I tried to contact this office for the past hour with the attempt to discuss my appointment tomorrow. The phone rings and goes to a voicemail that is full. When I scheduled my initial appointment, the office had me down for the wrong location. I was told by office staff three different times an email will be sent with instructions for the procedure, which never came. A day before my procedure, I asked if the nurse has any information on my end and I was told “you can call them and find out“. The nurse I spoke to, seemed irritated by my questions I asked with no previous answers. I received a phone call regarding an appointment tomorrow which was also at the wrong time from the follow up procedure conversation. Please don’t waste your time, energy, or emotions by visiting this office. A perfect example that customer service is dead.

Failed to provide my insurance information correctly to facilities and providers, leading to dozens of incorrect billing incidents and headaches from overpaying and getting refunds.

Every call goes to voice-mail and their voice-mail is full.

No response when messaging via the website.

Website, Google, and Phone says they're open from monday-friday until 5pm. They turn on their answering service before 4pm, so enjoy annoying their after-hours answering service when they should be open.

What's the point in telling me to do a follow up when you don't give me a way to? Find a different GI.

They also had the balls to message my PCP and say that they had never seen me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Veteran with scheduled appointment 1 month ahead and was called 2 weeks later telling me they won't see me and I have to reschule for a different day. This is expected. Hence the 2.3 rating on Google for the Dr. Why not see the patients you have schedule a month in advance and then change your appointment. Some veterans actually work full time jobs like my swlf

This Dr missed our phone visit to go over my symptoms. I've tried several times to call this office and it goes straight to voicemail which is full. Extremely unprofessional. I will NOT allow such an unprofessional to do ANY type of medical procedure on me.
