He seemed very nice and caring. But his PA was on the nursing unit and couldn't be bothered to come in the room to see my MIL. Strike 1. She Had a procedure done and we waited in the waiting area to speak to DR post procedure. Waited about an hour and then went back to her room and she was there. The Dr never came and the hospital staff never said she was going back to her room. Strike 2! It is now 7 hrs post procedure and she still has no orders for a diet and still no info. Strike 3! This is BS

I've been going to see Dr. Malhotra for a couple of years now and my experiences have been excellent. I was experiencing some discomfort swallowing and he took care of it. I am typically in and out in less than an hour. The staff is friendly and efficient and Dr. Malhotra is awesome. Now I go in once a year for an annual checkup and I plan to continue.

I went here after having medical issues. When I came the office and room I was put in was extremely dirty. My nurse was very unkind and I feel didn’t take my issues seriously. She then discussed another patients medical information at the front desk in front of me and my partner. Overall I am very disappointed. I would not recommend coming here.

Attempted to set up an appointment to see the doctor but was give the run around by his nurse (Suzy I believe her name was) constantly having to call to try and ask questions but was never given clear answers and appointment was never scheduled. Poor practice across the board. Will be going elsewhere and I would suggest anyone else to do the same.

I had a colonoscopy, EGD and dilatation done by Dr Maholtra and was extremely satisfied from the consultation visit to my follow up. His staff was super sweet and helpful and would recommend him for your future scopes. I was TOTALLY satisfied.

So far have never been to this office but yet I have an appointment for a procedure tomorrow never having met this man I'm a little leery about going since the office staff is a complete failure after 20 phone calls today I was told to take a prescription medicine which by the way they didn't call in when I called back it's now an optional medicine someone please tell me if this man is confident or not before I have to go tomorrow
