The whole procedure was very organized. I arrived there on time and they took me back shortly afterwards. All of the nurses and Dr G were very attentive. I felt fortunate to have Dr G taking care of me.

Nichole Fleming was attentive and had great bedside manners, her MA was amazing too. Ebony who was their surgery scheduler was so rude and condescending! Ebony needs to go even if she does her job well. You will lose patients if you keep her.

Do NOT become a patient of Austin Gastro unless you want to receive random bills! As a "cash pay" patient in their office, I had an appointment and before I received any service, I asked "how much is the fee for today's service". I then payed my bill, in full, and received a copy of the bill/payment confirmation....a few weeks later I received several text messages and a few emails stating that I owed additional fees. When asked what the additional fees were for, they could not give me an explanation and rudely told me that it is their policy....even going as far as to change to original bill to match some random new fee!!! Run from this company...they are not ethical and in my opinion and the billing department does NOT care for their patients.

Erica, Dr Gagneja’s PA was very thorough in her assessment. She had a great understanding of how to deal with people!! Very pleasant and listened and didn’t rush my visit. The entire staff very friendly and helpful.
