Dr Kamran is great. He listens and believes in preventive actions.

His office however sucks. They let you go w/o your required meds. They don't care you can't exist w/o them. The office in general is a huge hassle to deal with. Like talking to children who don't care.

When I finally got an appt with the Dr. He had no clue that meds he called in 2 yrs ago were never filled/approved nor that I called the office MANY MANY times trying to get the Dr informed so he could deal with it. It seems he doesn't get his messages?

This year I needed refills. The office says no. I have to come in. I said ok. They said ok 2025. What? I can't function normally without this med. What should I do until then I asked her? Live in the hospital? After a week of haggling I finally said I will come to the office and walk in and speak to the Dr without an appt if I have to. So they give me an appt over a month later in Dec. But I still needed the meds. Finally they refill the meds but onlya months worth. Not enough to last till the appt. I call them back. Talk to 4 different "girls" because they are all immature girls who basically DO NOT CARE.

At the appt, have to fill out more paperwork. No matter all that insurance data will change in a week with the new year. There is no privacy at the front desk. HIPPA be damned.

Honestly. The doctor is great. It's the office who is clueless. It's worse than dealing with public school office personnel. Bring your patience to deal with them.
