No acostumbro dejar reseñas, pero en esta ocasión tengo que quejarme y decir que el personal fue muy grosero, fue mi primer visita y fue la última, busquen otro gastro.

They make you sign a sheet that says if you are just 1 minute late to your appointment, they will charge you $20.00. However, you have to wait 2 hours after your appointment time to be seen. This makes no sense at all. Plus the receptionists are rude. I left without being seen and will not be back. I do not recommend this place.

Yo no volvería a este lugar. Primero hablan más de tres veces para confirmar la cita. Después llega uno con anticipación a la cita y le entregan un papel para firmar donde autoriza uno a que le carguen $20 si llega tarde a su cita. Y les dije que estaba bien siempre y cuando me firmaran otro que me daban $20 si no me recibían en los 30 minutos siguientes. Me informaron que la política de este instituto era de tiempo de espera de dos horas. Lo cual me parece la mayor incongruencia. Quien se creen que son. Uno va al doctor para que lo cure, no para que lo traten como ganado en el corral. Además que las recepcionistas le dicen o le ordenan a uno como va ser la situación. Como dice la cancion, no volvere, no volvere se los juro por Dios que me mira. No volvere. Espero por el bien del instituto que mejoren sus relaciones y tiempos de dar el servicio.

Mala atencion al llegar... 2 horas de espera y tuve que posponer cita poque no veia que avanzaban en atencion a pacientes...yo creo k tenia que esperar otras 2.horas 🙁

Very unprofessional staff, especially the girl that takes the vitals and the one with glasses in reception. I was there for two hours, asked if I still had too many patients in front of me and how much longer “we don’t know, we can’t tell you how long”. I had to leave cause I had other things to do and it had been more than 2 hours. They did not mentioned to make plans to be there at least two hours before being seen when they called to confirm the appointment. These people are employees and they forget that they only reason why they have a job is due to patients choosing to come to the doctor they work for. They are many options, and because of their service I have cancelled by colonoscopy and other procedure and decided to go to another doctor. The only thing a Doctor can offer is customer service, there are many doctors we can go to, this office has little customer service, I guess too many patients and staff feel overwhelmed. I had never been there and I know I wont ever go back. Hope they fix their issues so patients can get a better experience during their visits.

Very disappointed with the service provide on this clinic, I have an appointment for October 23rd and I requested the day at my work and my husband have to do the same because it’s a procedure that need someone to help you drive, I call to verify today and the lady says my appointment was rescheduled, I never received a phone call and now I use my vacation day for nothing. Very disappointed for this experience, I will have to change doctors and now I feel worst because this helps my gastritis.

Worst group of doctors to work with, totally don’t give you the right directions. Always misinformation. Never return calls back. Nurses are completely rude over the phone. They re- schedule you over and over again because the nurses don’t explain anything thoroughly with the patient. They refer you out but don't give the right directions to patients. A bunch of medical malpractice is done here. Especially if you need to meet a deductible. They will suck you dry.
