Buen surtido de toda clase de dulces, especial para mí los sugarless.

The guy working said hi but nothing else, once we were ready to check out we stood there while he continued to do paperwork. Not too long but long enough for it to feel rude. Ive been in retail for over a decade, be friendly, be prompt and customers always come first.

90% of the items didn't have any sort of pricing so you're left either asking about everything or biting a huge bill at checkout.
I understand it's clovis, in cali and it's a niche shop but everything was simply way overpriced. We spent 17$ on a sucker and the tiniest bag of jelly beans. Yikes.
BTW almost every flavor of jelly been was to the point of empty, which is sort of what I went there for.

Overall, cute place but genuinely disappointed. Waited a long time to come here too.

( not sure what the Gelato situation was but they were not serving any. Case was empty, forgot to ask)

Seriously SO fun and cute! A must stop for fun, retro, unique and yummy candy and treats. They have old school toys too. Cute plushies. Way more than you would think a candy store would have. I'll be back for all holiday gifting and fun stocking stuffers for Christmas. You get way more here for $30 bucks, than you would for a $30 dollar box of chocolates from See's.

It amazing candy store been going there since it opened. It definitely has a wonderful atmosphere. Been getting my treats for wife birthday and anniversary ever since I found out about it has her fav rocky road.

(Update! I know she's just young 😅 and probably wanted to be somewhere else on a friday evening instead of at work. Thank you for reaching back Abigail!)

Buy $10 worth of candy, total is $9.34-ish. I pay with cash. As the young lady hands me my coin change, I point to the little frog tip jar thing on the counter. This little girl looks ded at me an says "really?😒"
I said "yea 🤨 really. Its just a couple quarters..."
She drops the change in the frog and ends with "Gee thanks....have a nice day.😒" (It was almost 8pm)
As if she was expecting me to dump the contents of my entire wallet on the counter an stage a walk out.

Adorable candy shop! Nice variety of candy as well as small toys and gifts. The movie theater seats are awesome, we sat and watched Charlie and the chocolate factory for a few minutes.

I have been coming here when it was originally named Powell's. My kids were little and we would get something in here to take to the movie theater, shhh. They have always had Willa Wonka playing on the screen. It's all the same nostalgic candy that some of us grew up with. I just wish the prices were at least close to what they used to cost. I've become one of those people on their soapbox crying "I remember when things cost a quarter". But this place is a great reminder of the good candy that used to be assessable to us at the local mini mart. Go check out a bit of nostalgia and reminisce.

As a first timer here, it was SO hard deciding what candy to get!! I love the atmosphere and the fact I can still buy all my childhood favorites here! My kids also adore the plushies and fidget toys!!
