Ambiance & Food: very unique and interesting gelato place. It used to be a dry cleaning shop and it seems that the founder kept the name and develop all these special clothing name for flavors ✨
We ordered Leather and Apron, as they are both brown butter based, they go well with each other. With the smoked salt, the flavor is more balanced and outstanding. All gluten free and handmade! Definitely my number one in San Diego.

Service: all of them are very nice and friendly. They gave us recommendations and introductions while tasting, and very generous as well 🙂

This place is so fun and has AMAZING ice cream. My friend took us here when I came for a visit. I got the strawberry chocolate and rice flavors and they were so good. It's also really fun and personalized that they let you try all of the current flavors.
I also thought the price was very good for the amount of ice cream you get plus the samples and the service.
Will definitely stop in the next time I come to visit!

Ice cream with an experience! Get the Shashiko!

The ice cream is very good but what makes the place stand out is 1) the rotating cast of flavors every 2 weeks and 2) the flavor tour they bring you on. When you get up to the counter, your scooper will give you a sample of every flavor and walk through its flavor profile. This is why the line moves so slowly. You'll start off with a palate cleanser and then move from lighter to richer flavors.

The richer flavors are ok but nothing special. I got the Kilt and it was pretty much a coffee ice cream with shortbread. The Shashiko was immaculate though. An incredibly intense matcha flavor with fragrant pistachio laced evenly throughout. Creamy texture across all flavors other than the palate cleanser, which is a sorbet.
