Besides a huge hiccup during my last very long hospital stay where he had to actually choose to believe me or his coworker and hospitalist, Dr Valadez is the most caring, sympathetic Gastro Dr i have ever had. I know he was put in a terrible spot to do so, so I understand his position when everything happened.

He really does take time to actually listen to what is going on. His bed side manner is incredible. I do believe he genuinely cares about his patients. He has really, truly gone above and beyond to not only help me himself but reach out to so so many other surgeons to see if they can help me as well.

If you are having any kind of gastro problems specifically upper gastro he is your Dr. He is truly amazing at what he does!

I saw Tatitana on Sept 3, 2024
regarding a recurrence of issues related to colodial colitis. I told her I was having pain in my lower right quadrant of my abdomen. She asked if I still my appendix and I said yes.. She said if the pain continued I would probably need to
have a MRI to check my appendix and to call her back. On the morning of Sept 13 I called and left her message regarding the ongoing pain in my lower right abdomen.

She failed to return my call that day. I called back on Monday the 16th of September and left another message asking her to please return my call.. Hopefully she will do so.

Titiana was very professional and gave me her undivided attention. I was surprised she didn't return my call. I was very happy with our
visit but I have never had a doctor's office fail to return a call.

I'm posting for someone without an account but have seen the message and verified the info:

Have a possible issue with your gallbladder? Want to know if it's an issue? You've made it to the right place. They'll refer you to an imaging company, you'll get your scan, the results get sent to them and they'll send you a nice note late Friday afternoon stating:

"The ultrasound shows your gallbladder is packed with stones. We have referred you to [Dr's Name] to talk about removing the gallbladder."

Want to call them to get just a little bit of clarity? Sure, call the number on the website or from Google. No one answers. They list 16 different Doctors, none of them are the ones we want. No other way to get a hold of them but send a message and wait over the weekend contemplating the lack of empathy in the electronic note without any additional info.

Thank you. (If it wasn't clear I'm being pretty sarcastic. What a horrible way to communicate to patients especially when you have their cell numbers and can call them and give better info)

I have tried to contact the office multiple times to talk with someone about a procedure gone wrong, left messages and no one calls back. I was seeing Dr. Jangouk for a colonoscopy. In August, after the routine procedure, I had pain in the recovery room and let the staff know. They said it was common to have cramping after removal of a polyp. It didn't feel normal, as I have had a colonoscopy before. I didn't feel like the recovery team made an effort to contact the Dr. Within 24 hours, I was in the ER prepping for emergency surgery for a perforated bowel. I am lucky I did not wait longer to be seen. Fast forward two months, I missed work and was left with over $6,000 in medical bills - my portion after insurance ($70,000) of the 2 days in the hospital. Yes, you sign your life away when you have a normal procedure that things may happen, but all I wanted was a little courtesy for a call back from the office administration to discuss this.
