The staff was SO nice during my endoscopy/colonoscopy procedure last week. I was terribly nervous and having a hard time remaining calm, and the nurses and doctors really put me at ease. They spent extra time introducing themselves, easing my concerns, making sure I was comfortable, etc. As great an experience as you can have for this sort of thing, ha ha!

Dr. David Kim at the James Casey office is wonderful! I've rarely seen a doctor who takes as much time and effort to listen and really try to understand my concerns and then explain his assessment and recommendations. I felt he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his approach to my condition. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Had a great visit with Dr. Reddys PA, she listened and got me set up quickly on next steps. Met with Dr. Reddy on day of procedure and all went great. The nursing and staff at the procedure center were all very kind and helpful. I am glad I chose this place.

Great Experience, Medical procedure. All medical staff was very professional. I really enjoyed that my driver was able to leave and pick me up after my procedure. The only thing that Im concerned about is that the patient that has no family & friends to take & pick them up from their appointment what will happen to them. Would they be able to take a Uber or Lift to their appointment and pick them up from their appointment after their medical procedure .

My Mom saw the PA and she was wonderful working with my 87-year old Mother. She even sent us to the ER because of her worries about a different issue with my Mom. She called and followed up the next day then the next week. Great experience. I would refer them anytime.

Not only did Eimile Dalton, MD (Westlake office) drop the ball on reading my husband’s ultrasound for SIX critical days … we also had to call and request results from bloodwork labs they originally failed to order after multiple requests. Save yourself heartache and precious time - go to Houston’s Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center to receive the very BEST care by their doctors and nursing staff.
