I have had the best experiences with AG in the office & for a procedure! Dr. Long has truly helped me live a more comfortable life. His staff from the front to the back at his office & procedure center are the best! It can be such a scary unknown your trying to figure out. From doing the necessary things at both places ti even the littlest things it makes such a difference and give such comfort! Thank you for helping me for almost or more than 10 years❤️?

He takes the time to listen to you, explain what is going on, and lays out your options without pressuring you one way or the other. Dr Frank and his staff are wonderful! My appointment had to be changed from in person to telehealth due to an air conditioner issue. The staff and doctor were very friendly and professional getting things changed and ready. Dr Frank was very caring and professional.

I was seen by PA Julia, and she was so wonderful. No rushing, really listened and took my concerns seriously. It’s hard to find a medical provider you feel in good hands with but I am confident with Austin Gastro! Setting up appointment over the phone was really nice and easy. Waiting room and offices are very clean and modern. Very convenient that the office has a pharmacy and procedures are done in same building too.
