Outstanding service from Dr Garapati, very knowledgeable, wise, patient, friendly. Also his team is great (assistant Brenda, receptionist Rene). The facility is very clean and spacious, not crowded. The on-site lab has a fast, friendly and very professional service (nurse Belen). I strongly recommend this.

I made an appointment for a few months in the future. The date arrived, I showed up but the entire clinic did Not. I called a number always posted outside in case no one answered the door, & spoke w/an operator. She told me they must have left me a message not to come. (They didn't). She offered to help me pick another date on my calendar. I told her I couldn't interact w/my calendar while on the phone. She said she'd call back in exactly 5 minutes while I checked my calendar. I hung up gratefully & checked my calendar & waited. 5 o'clock came & went. I waited over an hour. No one Ever called me back, & to this day has not. My next regular dr. appt is October & I will ask for a Different clinic. No way I'll be trying yours again. I hope the birthday party or movie or whatever that was more important than I was, was worth it to you. I'm sure you have plenty of clients & don't need my business. To this date No One has ever bothered to call me. Please don't call me now. And Don't ask Me to call You like you usually do when you get a review like mine. I couldn't be more clear than I have already been here. It's You who needs to get your act together and hire some professionals. I wish there was a way to give you a minus number on the rating But 1 of 5 was my lowest choice.
Just checked other reviews. Some very similar to mine. Obviously someone needs to be fired and replaced. Doubt you'll do it though. You just don't care. In fact, you have a lot of nerve being open to the public treating people like this. Very unprofessional behavior.
