I would first like to begin with the fact that there’s is no pricing posted anywhere. That is extremely important for me especially if a small plate is going to be $20. The next thing is the spice level, definitely should be posted as the spice is not a desirable taste to compliment the dish at all. I get that inflation is causing ingredient prices to go up, but wallah a dish this simple from a food truck has no business being $20. For reference we bought 3 dishes(#2,5,6), two iced coffees, and 1 iced Thai tea, and it came to a total of $98. Never in my life have I seen street food that high of price, I emphasize the fact that it’s from a food truck, not a sit in restaurant nor has it’s own seating area. We actually had to look for seating. Wallah, save your money!! I honestly should’ve looked this place up before buying. As for the food again, small portions and the taste was not extraordinary, coffee was bitter, and Thai tea was too watered down. Extremely disappointed and there is no excuse for the pricing. I am also usually not the person to leave reviews on “restaurants”, so my review is honest and fair.

The food was yummy, temperature wise cold and overpriced considering ‘it came from food truck, which usually inexpensive. The menu was displayed however the pricing wasn’t which if I knew beforehand I probably would not had order.

Stay away from this stand. Spent over $50 for this crap just to get instant noodles and frozen Shrimps and beef. Thai coffee was trash too. Street food is supposed to be inexpensive. How do they charge more than a sit down restaurants is beyond comprehension.

Please read the reviews before coming here. The Hispanic lady working in the front needs to be replaced or needs to really be taught Proper customer service. My daughter can’t eat spicy foods so she recommended that the hot sauce be put on the side I said yes that would be great. I didn’t realize until later on when I went to ask for my receipt which she was hesitant to give me that she charged me almost $8 for the hot sauce. My total was $80 Which was nowhere near worth it because the Thai tea was trash and I got charged for hot sauce. I didn’t wanna make a scene because my daughter was there, but she’s lucky that I didn’t go back and say something to her. I regret letting it go but she needs to be held accountable. Don’t waste your time or money coming here !!!!

Ran into this tent during a visit to Desert Hills, was intrigued by their unique taco offerings. They offer Thai-inspired tacos like Tom Yum, which I had to try. I was also curious that their menu did not have prices listed, and frankly I was taken aback when an order of taco and their green sauce (which came highly recommended, according to their menu) came up to 20 bucks. But I digress, I was already committed to try their food.

Firstly, the food was prepared individually, one batch at a time. The meats were already cooked, only needed a quick sear with the right seasoning. My Tom Yum taco came with generous portion of shrimp, which was seared with Tom Yum sauce, garnished with cilantro and fried shallots. The taco reminded me of an actual Tom Yum soup, which was a good point in their favour. The green sauce gave a good compliment to the taco with slow burn (my wife still felt the burn minutes after we were done eating), but not necessary to enjoy the food.

So the Tom Yum taco was a great dish to try, though I still wonder if it was worth the price.
