I'll begin with the good. Considering they're kind of in the middle of nowhere; it's a fantastic store. Great inventory and the staff is usually helpful.

Now the DISAPPOINTMENT! They are shown on line to be a Full Service UPS Facility. Recently I dropped off a return going back to Amazon. The woman behind the counter took it, no receipt or anything. Come to find out 5 days later; UPS never got it. It's not in their system and as far as they're concerned they don't have it!

I called the store twice and basically got the run around and finger pointing at UPS. My position is clear. I gave an Authorized UPS Facility (see their website) my package. Five days later, I'm told they're not responsible in any way and my parcel is gone. I believe they're responsible and accountable but I'm out of luck.

DO NOT use or trust them with your shipping needs!

Every time I go in there the employees are just standing around talking to people they know instead of helping people they Don't know. I understand this store is locally owned so they don't have to answer to a corporate office. In that case they would be able to cover for certain things I think. Their prices are too high anyway.

Today was my first time in this ACE hardware, one word= Wow!
This is a huge store. Admittedly, many ACE hardware stores often have their own personalities and unique environment, this one has a great location with plenty of parking, easy entry, wide aisles,
a lot of choices on well stocked shelves and excellent customer service. The store was clean and had nice lighting with well marked signage.
Pricing comparable with other stores (personally, i prefer to
shop and pay more at small
stores like this one vs the big box hardware/home improvement stores).
I'm a stickler on customer service, I'm happy to say that these folks got it right. The check-out process was fast, efficient and simple.

We were during our trip to the south, and despite driving ~1.3k miles thru Homedepot & Ace HW stores, it was not until we visited Blythe Ace & we told to speak to David, did we find a best solution we wanted on how to connect our RV external shower hose with a garden hose.
It is a breath of fresh air to see the business owner (happened to be David) to be super accessible to both his employees & consumers. David's knowledge & company culture were exceptional.

What a True American Business!
