Where do I even begin?
Brydge restaurant is one of the most beautiful restaurants we've ever been to. It’s a small house built from redwood trees and has been a restaurant since 1940. The lighting, music, and interior are stunning, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The food was outstanding. We shared two appetizers and had the rib-eye for the main course – everything was cooked to perfection, wonderfully seasoned and prepared. Chef Elaine knows what she’s doing, and the ingredients are locally sourced. Delphine was our waitress that evening, incredibly attentive and friendly, making it hard for us to leave. If this restaurant were closer to home, we'd go weekly. Highly recommended!

Had a reservation. Arrived on the dot. Stood in a hallway for 16 minutes to get seated. Once seated, they were out of 1/3 of the menu. Only two other tables. The Italian soda we ordered was expired by 3 months. Only two of us dining, yet every itty tiny portion is in odd numbers. I would rate the food lower if they had not brought out the olives on the house while I waited for bread. The flat bread took 23 minutes after we ordered. Soooo much cold cold unspreadable butter, on everything, and clumps on clumps of large rock salt, didn’t feel like mouton or fleur de sel. Meatballs were the only truly good thing on the menu, but 3 quarter size meatballs, almost ten bucks a piece at $29. Once butter is spread, it was actually a wonderful flat bread, but only half a pita worth for the whole table. The prime rib was supposed to be medium rare, I asked for the end cut, instead I got a very well done, rubbery, super charred, middle cut that tasted reheated day old, slathered in butter, with cold butter on top. For a Friday night, it was a ghost town, uncomfortable benches, cold seating, subpar food, yetpebble beach prices, I get why this restaurant was a ghost town. I can’t believe it had 4.8 on google, they must have paid to boost the score truly. Hard pass

Get your seaside butts to Brydge. This is the restaurant Cambria has been missing. My boyfriend and I were welcomed so warmly by Declan, our sweet and attentive server. We split a bottle of the Pinot noir and started with the delicious beets and incredibly savory potatoes with aioli. But the dish of the hour was the steak. Omg. I didn’t know meat could taste so good. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Get it medium rare per chefs recommendation. YUM YUM YUM. We split it obviously between the two of us and felt so content after. Wanted to go back the next day!!!! 100% worth the price. A special treat 🥳🥰

Must eat! Wonderfully cozy, great for sharing, fantastic ingredients and creative recipes - I will definitely make an effort to come back. Had an incredible time while roadtripping down PCH from San Jose to San Diego.

The food is really good! The service is great! The portions are extremely small, even for a posh restaurant. What that means is when you look at the prices, expect to have to get more than one dish per person. They also need to expand their non-alcoholic drink selection.

They also need to either use smaller plates or get larger tables. There's no room for your food on the table.

They goofed on my wife's prime rib order, but they made it right!

After dinner we went to another restaurant for dessert because we were still hungry.

I recently dined at Brydge, and it exceeded all expectations. The cozy and mysterious atmosphere creates a unique dining experience. The staff are not only friendly but also exceptionally attentive. The highlight was undoubtedly the delectable meatballs and mushrooms – a culinary delight that left me craving for more. To top it off, their extensive wine selection perfectly complemented the exquisite flavors. Brydge is a must-visit for those seeking a memorable gastronomic adventure. Five stars!

My husband and I had an incredible dinner at Brydge during our weekend in Cambria. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We could tell there was so much intentionality put into every dish. The prime ribeye was cooked and seasoned perfectly. May be one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. An absolute pleasure to eat. All of the small plate appetizers were delicious too! We particularly loved the beet salad and the pork meatballs.
Not only was the food amazing but the ambiance was one of a kind as well. The restaurant, situated in an historic home, is simple yet very homey and cozy. Our waiter, Declan, was very attentive and provided fantastic service through our meal!
This restaurant is a must for anyone stopping in beautiful Cambria!
