I have been seeing Dr. Masi Khaja for last 10 years, he is one of the best Gastroenterologist in town, Very courteous, and takes time with patients. His staff goes above and beyond to assist patients and answer questions. I highly recommend Dr. Khaja. I have never had any issues of getting hold of someone in their office like many reviews suggest.

They least care about the hard earned money you pay. No response, they do not return calls, waste your time for more than a month in running tests. I moved to a different provider who are doing a way better job.

I went in for a colonoscopy and was not told that I would be wide awake for the procedure. The whole ordeal was so traumatizing it took me days to get over it because of the horrific pain that I endured. I have been advised to sue Capital gastro. Before the procedure it was noted on the wall the name of the doctor and the anesthesiologist name. So I had the understanding that I would not be awake for this procedure that is usually done under anesthesia because of the pain scale of it all. When they pulled me in the room to start the procedure that's when they told me I would not be put under. I had a severe panic attack and was completely terrified. It was like some cruel joke. I would say it is the worst experience in my whole entire life.

As some other reviews have mentioned, very unprofessional. My colonoscopy appointment, after I did my consultation, was cancelled by the doctor. Then another appointment was scheduled without reaching out to me. I cancelled that appointment because I wasn't able to make it. I called them to schedule my next appointment, specifically asked if they did the procedure at this location because my previous location was different, the person confirmed they did so I scheduled an appointment. I did all the necessary steps fasting, drinking laxatives etc the day before, took time off of work for the day of the procedure. I get to the place and they don't have the appointment on their system and said it was cancelled. I showed them the confirmation email and the text confirming the appointment but they still couldn't find it. Not only that I came to learn they don't even do the procedure there. It was frustrating and tried to explain the situation, the person in the front desk and another assistant were trying to be helpful and take care of the situation. However the office manager treated us very unprofessionally. She admitted that the person who scheduled the appointment was new and was likely confused when setting the appointment. Instead of understanding our frustration and trying to see why we were upset about the whole situation, she asked us to leave the premises. Never going to this place. Be very careful if you do manage to get an appointment, given how unprofessional this whole experience was, I would not be surprised if there were other issues with this place.

Horrible wait time! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE. Dr. Truvedi is NEVER on time. Literally waited over an hour for him on my 1st appointment. On my procedure day he was late 45 minutes. All the nurses at the hospital knew he always arrives late so they reassured me he was coming but this is just so unprofessional. After the procedure I decided to do my next appointment virtual thinking maybe he would be better about timing. My appointment was at 1pm and he didn’t call me until 2:30! I called the office for questions about my results MULTIPLE times and NEVER got a call back. I understand they are busy but why no response for weeks! Ridiculous!

Good luck getting anybody on the phone after you've scheduled your appointment and then gotten confirmation emails and patient portal confirmations that DO NOT INCLUDE AN ADDRESS. Four or five calls to confirm the correct info and never got a call back. All of my automated confirmation messages said "at James Casey Clinic" with no address. I googled and looked online and they do in fact list a James Casey address on their own website. Still, it seemed off from the info I got on the one call where a person actually answered and made my appointment. No communication thereafter save for automated messages. Showed up at James Casey clinic and it's an herbalist in their listed suite. Called them, no answer and no response. They haven't even called to check why a patient didn't show up for their appointment. I may have just saved myself a medical nightmare, given that a clinic this poorly run has the power to prescribe and do procedures. Nope.

Nobody cares to pick up the phone when we call. I had to drive 30mins to get there in person for them to schedule an appointment.
I should have given up then, the office itself is filthy.
When the day of the appointment arrived, I sat there for one hour and then I gave up and walked away.
Several signs and banners saying they charge for "No Show" which is interesting because they have no one answering the phones if you need to reschedule.
These people seem to have no respect whatsoever for patients or hygiene.
I will not let them do any procedures on me with that mindset.
