Count on them to be out of basically all their flavors an hour before closing. This is like the third time I’ve been here when they had well over an hour before closing, and they’re out of majority of the flavors. You would think after being here for a while, they’d get their business > baking ratio right. Maybe this would be something to look into? Maybe the owner can do something about that? Because it really makes you guys look bad for business. Running out of stuff is ok, but continuously running out time and time again? You’d think you’d try and change that.

My boyfriend tried to order these for valentines day. He ordered through doordash hours before they opened. When the dasher got there, cookie co said they weren't accepting orders and canceled our order even though it was placed earlier. They turned off their phones so we couldn't contact them but they still showed they were accepting orders through doordash. Should have prepared better for valentines day or closed doordash orders for the day...and turning off the phone so no one could contact the store to ask about their canceled orders, that's just horrible service. If you couldn't handle the orders, ok, but at least take the phone calls to apologize and maybe offer a discount for a future order for the inconvenience.

Went in the evening staff could be more welcoming for people who haven't been . The cookies were good $4 bucks a cookie. Nice on outside but doughy on the inside . Kinda stale . Not my style of cookie. Going to try again when they first open see how the cookies are then. 🤙🏻

Thanks Matt and Elise and the rest of the staff up front for the very warm Welcome to your new Chic Bakery in Beaumont on 2nd Street! The Chocolate Chip has just the right levels of sweet, savory, crisp, and delicious (and if no one else mentions - looks very good too!). The Chocolate Chip reminds me of Mama making homemade edible love. I had the Rasberry Cheesecake, that thing is Complete Decadence!! I pray the best for you all and can't wait for the awesome offerings that are comming soon. So Come on Down and get ready to indulge! Be Blessed!!

So disappointed with this visit as compared to one that I had down in La Quinta location. The cookie here must’ve been a day old. Very hard and I didn’t care for this “chocolate Twix crumbles on top” cookie. $4.50 and you’d think they would be only fresh baked from that day.

Terrible place 2pm and they don't have the proper toppings ready to sell cookies. They give you an option for receipt and they don't even have that. Terrible place
