It was a really fancy experience for an icecream... I love the idea, the name, the branding, the way to present it but it's kind of messy.I can't imagine trying to get an icecream during summer time and 100 degrees outside. The process is long and place it wasn't clean even though we were just a few customers waiting for it.

Anyways... Good icecream with good ingredients but not for the price I expected something better.

Yummy Freshest Icecream, has some great flavors and combinations. We can pick the base of Icecream like regular milk, almond milk & cashew milk .

Great location inside the Blackhawk Plaza -- close to the center and facing the fountain. Have popular flavor selections and a variety of toppings. It is quite a sight on how they make the ice cream. The ice cream itself, however, is creamy but has a granular finish. Almost like the sugar didn't melt...I also agree that the staff needs a bit more training,especially, on how to talk to and handle kids. Lastly, staff were using just the standard food handler gloves. There is, however, a proper glove for handling nitrogen so they don't freeze their fingers while preparing the ice cream.

Ice cream was extremely creamy. Likely the best ice cream shop I’ve ever been to.

The Fruity Pebbles ice cream was mind blowing. Because the ice cream is so creamy from the nitrogen cooling the cereal doesn’t get soggy even after many bites. Would recommend 10/10

It normally takes a very long time to get ice cream here but today they refused to even take our order due to the manager's negligence and incompetence when it comes to properly staff his store. If you don't want ice cream, go here. Otherwise, go to Cold Stone Creamery. I watched them say the same thing to three kids and their dad who clearly just got out of practice. A completely unreliable business. If you want to disappoint everyone in your group, bring them here!

Right, because it's not at all your fault that you hired untrustworthy people to staff your business. How dare you blame your employees for your lack of responsibility. I recommend the owner of this store find a better manager that can properly staff your store so you don't have to tell paying customers to leave.

Really good ice cream made in a large variety of flavors while you wait. Only downside is the price. A medium starts at $9 and goes up with added toppings.

My whole family loves this place. It is becoming far too regular of a habit for us! Staff is friendly and ice cream is phenomenal. Easily 1000x better than Coldstone.
