From the moment we stepped into this authentic Korean restaurant in Danville, California, it was clear we were in for a treat. We chose this spot to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations.

The employees were the heart and soul of our delightful experience. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. A special shout-out to one gentleman who went above and beyond, playing songs from my friend’s favorite K-pop group. His thoughtful gesture added a personalized touch to our celebration and truly made my friend’s day.

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show - the food. Every dish was a burst of authentic Korean flavors, cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The quality and taste were incredible, providing us with a culinary journey that we’re eager to embark on again.

Amazing food and such amazing and friendly service!

I grew up in Toronto where there's tons of amazing Korean food. After moving to California, I haven't been able to find anything comparable until we went to DAON! This is the best Korean food I've had since moving to California 3 years ago!
The service was incredible and super kind. Any time we ran out of banchan, they were quick to give us a generous refill.
We ordered bibimbaps and korean fried chicken, they were all amazing!

I went with a colleague and this was my first visit. I did enjoy that the spoon and chopsticks were wrapped. I had the mul nagmeun and my co-worker had the bulgogi stew. Both were good. We also had the steamed mandoo, which were delicious and a hearty portion. The banchan was good. Thumbs up!

Great service from waiter/waitress making us feel very welcomed. Well cooked authentic food using great ingredients. Seafood jeon is a surprise, well fried, containing lots of seafood, with well balanced sauce. Will come back.

I was in town for the last few days and had a craving for Korean food. This place did not dissapoint! Food and service was excellent. In fact, it was so good I went back the following evening.

Waited 25 minutes for a DoorDash order! The cooks did not seem to care. I feel bad for the only waitress that was working. Even though I was respectful she was obviously stressed. It’s not her fault that the order took so long. But the kitchen staff needs to be reprimanded. They had no regard for anyone’s time and their delay continued to stress out the waitress. I hope she gets some help soon

Very good galbi tang. Though my spouse’s lunch (octopus & rice) was not great… was chewy. Also for lunch, it took awhile for food to come out. Otherwise, service was great!

Wow. My friend and I came in craving Korean food and went in with no expectations because it was our first time in the area. Straight to the point. Their food is authentic as it gets. The side dishes sealed the deal for every one of them is quality. The main dishes are fresh. Seafood pancake is literally a 17 inch domino pizza.

Friend had the cold noodles, helped with hang over.

Most memorable is the service...they are. Really attentive, and come back many times to check-in on water and extra side dishes! We will definitely come again and you should check it out!!
