Awesome soft serve, snacks, milk tea, and refreshing drinks here. Owners are super nice, and the quality of their food/drinks is top tier. If you've ever been to the one in Concord... I'd say the Folsom location is better. 5 🌟 🤩

First time trying this place. It was around 6 pm, and there were no desserts on display. So guessing if you want to try their dessert menu, come earlier time? 😅 But still friendly service, and korean corn dog was very crispy and good. I tried tropical dreams, and it was very tasty!

I recently visited the Devil & Angel Desserts in Folsom, CA and it was a truly remarkable experience. The shop is super Instagram-worthy and they have some of the best boba around. I tried their taro milk tea and it was hands down the best tasting taro I've ever had - it was so smooth and creamy! They also have a delicious pistachio milkshake with boba that has a nice nutty flavor that tasted like pistachio ice cream. Lastly, their chocolate waffle was divine! It was so moist and flavourful.

Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to visit Devil & Angel Desserts for a scrumptious treat. They serve up fantastic desserts with great presentation making them an ideal spot for any special occasion or just to grab something sweet for yourself. If you're looking for amazing desserts with excellent customer service then this is the place to go!

Lovely place, delicious desserts and soft ice cream. Staff is really nice, efficient and friendly, we ordered a donut and a vanilla ice cream, it was ready in a couple of minutes both beautifully decorated and great flavor. The place was clean and well decorated. Prices were good.

Wow!!! I recently came here and it is absolutely amazing! I got some mochi donuts ( Orange marmalade glaze with Passionfruit and Guava icing, Matcha Strawberry, S’more, and Fruity Pepples). Also, I got the Very Berry Croffle, Affogato and Vanilla soft serve, and Mango Smoothie. Everything was absolutely delicious!!! I highly, highly, highly recommend you check this place out. Further, the staff and owner are extremely friendly and even checked on us to see if we needed anything else and if everything tasted good. I don’t usually write reviews but I absolutely needed to for this place as they were fantastic!!! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to family and friends!

I'd never had a Korean Corn Dog before so my coworker picked it up for us on our lunch break. Tea was awesome, corn dogs were great, boba is firm but good. Great food and great workers!

I went there twice and both times, I had good experiences. The first time I passed it on the way to Fukumi Ramen and had a croffle as a dessert after lunch. Then I saw that they have a special combo of drink & donut for $9 on Tuesday & Wednesday. So, I went the following week and tried it. Overall, the desserts & drinks were not overly sweet which I like but their prices were kinda pricey (solid 4.5 stars)

- banana Nutella croffle: the croffle was good. It would be better if the croffle was warm since it was a bit too hard when I ate it. The nutella cream wasn't too sweet which I love. The caramelized banana pieces were delicious.
- cookie monster mochi donut: the mochi was okay since it was less chewy than my preference. The good thing was that the frosting wasn't overly sweet. The cookie bit was fresh & not stale.
- matcha strawberry fresh milk: super good! Perfect sweetness (not too sweet). I could taste the matcha & strawberry. The boba balls were good and chewy.
