I thought i would get more help than i did. All we did was talk and didnt really check me or my stomach
On phone they told me they accept care credit for colonoscopy turns out they dont. Paid consultation out of pocket two times that i went got a stool check. Everything came out ok but now i wanted a colonoscopy and endoscopy and cant pay that out of pocket.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Mantas, and I must say, he is a fantastic doctor. It's incredibly rare to find someone who can handle both upper GI and lower GI issues, but Dr. Mantas is an expert at both. Since I needed help with both, it was amazing to have a doctor who could take care of all my gastrointestinal needs.

Beyond his dual expert ability, Dr. Mantas has a fabulous bedside manner and is truly patient-focused. He really cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to their concerns. During my appointment, I never felt rushed. I could share all my issues, and Dr. Mantas listened intently and thoughtfully. He makes sure he thoroughly understands your situation, so you feel heard and valued.

On top of that, Dr. Mantas is just a genuinely kind and nice person. I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor who not only provides excellent medical care but also offers a supportive and understanding environment. I highly recommend Dr. Mantas to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate gastroenterologist.

My experience all around was unacceptable.

When I called to schedule for Dr. Mantas the scheduler was rude. She insisted that the street address I provided her with was "missing digits" and then she hung-up on me. There was no call back. I called back. There was no apology. She then insisted that I hung-up on her.

The office staff harassed me non-stop for demographic information entirely unrelated to my healthcare, including whether or not I was married, who I live with, and what I do for a living.

I specifically wanted to consult for a very particular reason. Dr. Mantas provided zero information for my inquiry, put me through some unnecessary exams which provided zero relevant information towards my inquiry, and then lied and said that he provided the information which I asked for in my consultation.

I had to take time off from work and spend money for absolutely nothing. None of my concerns were addressed. Now I have to go elsewhere.

Dr Magee and his staff have been wonderful and taken care of me over the past 5 years.

The only issue was when they quit talking my insurance - verify your INSURANCE with their staff and your insurance company things do change.

Superb & friendly customer service from the Front Desk to the Registered Nurses, Anesthesiologist, Doctor, etc. The procedure was seamless and effortless. The frequent reminders were valuable along with specific instructions about the process. The procedure was so seamless that I would recommend Digestive Health Associates to anyone. Although, I was reluctant and nervous about having a colonoscopy my experience was very pleasant. Thank you everyone from a first time satisfied patient.
