The nurse practitioner said she would review my gut health plan. I sent it twice and still have not gotten a response and our appointment was 3 weeks ago. Frustrating because I have a serious gut condition called SIBO and I have lost roughly 45 lbs. And I had already waited about 5 weeks for the appointment. Several days after I initially sent the email I got a call from the front desk saying that it would be reviewed right away. That never happened either.

Dorothy, the prep nurse was absolutely fabulous. I loved the nurse practitioner anesthesiologist. Dr. Thompson and Dr. Linder were great and the entire experience was an eventful and went smoothly. As usual the worst part was the preparation the day before.

So far the staff was pleasant over the phone for the virtual appointment. All of my concerned questions were answered. I feel that I am comfortable enough to move forward in the next process of getting my procedure scheduled. I will come back once I have my in office appointment for my procedure.

The staff and Pa were really nice but back in August when I made the appointment on the phone the lady was VERY rude to me. I did not get her name. When she asked if I had insurance, I told her it would change 9/1, she was not nice about it. Told me to call back when I got my new card.

Event was executed seamlessly from appointment to completion of procedure. Office staff were personnable, friendly and efficient as usual. Dr. Linder's Baylor surgery team were professional, outspoken, congenial and a joy to be around.
