Stopped by on vacation, was in the passenger seat, and had just found out that a childhood neighbor lady had passed. I was ugly crying and the sweet boy in the drive Thru asked my husband if I was okay. He explained, and the boy was so kind in return. FYI, I never go to Dutch. I just happened to stop for a coffee, and I ended up where I needed to be at the moment.

We came here trying the Futch Bros for the first time. The lady who was serving outside was just AMAZING. She smiles all the time no matter how she stands all day, and the same with the cashier. We tried the cocomo and Double Torture and both were good, not covered in sugar at all. I might be one of the Dutch Bros customers just because of those two awesome employees.

The crescent city location is in desperate need of a location that can support two drive through lanes. Only one usable window hinders the ability of the staff to keep up with the amount of traffic this location has. Vehicles are forced to block street traffic. Do we send you any tickets we get?

Everything was great. Hard to dial in the sweetness level of drinks though if it's the first time you've been there. Half sweet was not sweet enough for the protein blended coffee, but a little too sweet for the seasonal pumpkin drink. They remade the drinks though!

Absolutely love the staff and the drinks are consistent, the friendly atmosphere is why we always come back 😀
