I am a new fan of this bakery. Let me preface this. My family have our own two bakeries in the San Jose area. They have a phenomenal reputation for quality and my opinion of this East Bay bakery will be complementary to our expectations. I give them a five star for the quality of their baked goods And so far what I have sampled has been excellent. The layers in the croissants are phenomenal and the taste is yummy. I have tried it three times and have found it to be very consistent. I will consistently come by and pick up some baked goods often. The only thing I wish they had was longer hours during the Week But the day that they do have long hours I will just have to wait till then or hit him up on the weekend in the morning as they will run out very quickly so thank you and looking forward to doing business with you.

These are the best croissants I've ever had. Very crispy on the outside and soft and buttery on the inside. My wife and I enjoyed them so much we went back and got more within minutes lol. We ended up trying a variety of them, and they were all really good. Will definitely be back!

Been coming here since they started in the farmers market and I’m hooked! Not only they make delicious pastries, but they also make Indonesian confection (hello, pandan cake!).

My latest addiction is their cookie croissant that only happens on the weekends. But, go check other flavors, too!

I always enjoy the croissant, any flavor and plain, as well as her kouign Aman. This bakery is always easy to get in and out of and I never leave disappointed. Can't wait to try her blonde cookie.

Came here around 10:30am and so glad we did before the rush came. This is such a cute little shop and only has one cashier, so be patient with the line. My favorites: peach scone and strawberry brioche. For something more savory, the cheese pastrami was filling and satisfying for breakfast. Will definitely be back! Solid spot and can’t wait til they expand/get more help.

The pastry here is flavorful, light, and crisp. Crunchy yet tender. Crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. We love the almond chocolate croissant, the apple Danish, and the valrhona strawberry chocolate kouign amann! I'd go here everyday if I could.

I recently visited the well known bakery, Arsicault, Richmond District, in San Francisco. East Bay Bakery is every bit as good and just a pretty 20 minute drive away. Feeling so happy to be in the East Bay!

There are soo many to choose from but definitely you can’t go wrong with the almond chocolate croissant! 2 of my favorite things (almond and chocolate) combined in to one flaky, crunchy and tasty croissant. Super delicious and will definitely come back for the other croissants 😋
