I had been dealing with some health issues, and after my labs came back abnormal, my primary care doctor told me it would be hard to get an appointment with a GI specialist, with most being booked out until February or March 2025. However, I called and spoke to Helena, who was an absolute lifesaver. After just a short conversation, she worked hard to get me seen the same day! She was patient, kind, and made sure I had all the information I needed. Everyone at the office, including Dr. O, was wonderful and accommodating. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to have an outpatient procedure just a few days later. I truly believe the Lord answered my prayers through these amazing people. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Dr. Odstrcil is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. She is kind, caring and very thorough. I finally have been given a plan to find out what is actually going on in my body.
She gave me hope for some answers and a solution.
All the staff at her office were also incredible!

I went to Dr. Odstrcil for issues with bloating and her priority and almost sole focus was on getting a colonoscopy. She even tried to get an endoscopy scheduled as well. (these are not treatments for bloating)These are very expensive procedures and not a first line of treatment for my issue. I felt my complaint was dismissed in order to schedule the money making procedures. No tests (ex: breath test, blood test, stool test...)were done to see what was causing the bloating or any follow up scheduled to see if there was improvement from my diet changes. She mentioned one OTC med that might help but did not write it down or include it in my discharge notes, so I had to call twice to track it down through a nurse. In fact, the discharge notes didn't mention anything related to my symptoms or treatment only all the details regarding scheduling and preparing for the invasive procedure!
I am still suffering with severe digestion issues. Sadly she also didn't show any concern when I mentioned this before the procedure. Dr. Odstrcil's bedside manner is quite lacking. You will not get any warm fuzzy feelings from this doctor. Very cut and dry. The colonoscopy itself went fine. So if that is what you need, this doc is sufficient. Because it seem apparent that colonoscopies are her bread and butter.

I have been a patient of Dr Odstrcil for over 10 years and I have always been 100% satisfied with her care. She takes time to understand my issues and provides a clear understanding of treatment options. Her nurse Liz is amazing too. She is very responsive when I call and is excellent with follow up

Dr Odstril's office was a very nice visit. Everyone was very nice, the office was clean and I did not have to wait a long time to be seen for my appointment. Dr Odstrcil was very nice and listen to my concerns. She did not rush me and talked about my concerns with me. Also she got my opinion on what I would like to do about my problem instead of just telling me to take certain meds. Thank you Dr Odstrcil for working with me.:-)

I made an appointment with Dr. Odstrcil after my long time GI physician retired. Due to unusual circumstances my first visit Dr. Odstrcil was a telemedicine visit. She spent over 20 minutes with me, reviewing my health history. She was thorough, professional , caring and personable. I know that I will be glad I chose to trust her with my care. Thank you Dr. O
