Wonderful team, extremely competent staff coupled with an amazing doctor (Michael Kaczanowski, MD) it just doesn't get any better! Both my wife and I have utilized their services and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Thanks for the "Service Excellence."

RUN far far away from this place. The most unprofessional "medical" doctor and office I've ever worked with. I had booked an appointment many many months out - and they call the DAY of my appointment just a few short hours before to tell me that Dr. Kaczanowski reviewed my chart "and there's nothing he could do" so they were cancelling my appointment. Not only is that beyond bizarre because he's never even spoken to me - but it tells me that he has little to no medical training for basic GI needs.
I have never been treated so poorly by a "medical" center in my life. To think while I was waiting over 5 months for this appointment, I could have been on a waitlist for an actual legit GI doctor at Dartmouth or Boston hospitals. To call you the day of and leave you out to dry is cold and beyond shady.
In hindsight, I'm grateful I've dodged the bullet of going here. I really really hope you dodge that bullet too. Go ANYWHERE else but here.

Dr. Kazanowski and his staff are the best. My husband and I have been going to him for approx. 8 years and would never go anywhere else. His bedside manner is top notch, always there to make you and your family feel comfortable as you go through your procedure. Two huge thumbs up for him and his staff.

Great place and great team. Very helpful but i had a very long wait to be seen (called to sched in may of 2023 and they were booked put til september). Schedule the appointment and got a call in august saying they would have to reschedule me due the doctor i was assigned to leaving their practice and was pushed to october. Then in september they called and reachedule me again into November. They would get 5 stars but the scheduling wait and reschedules almost made me go somewhere else.

I was seen there and when I asked why they were doing the same test over again on me they said im rude and can't come back not professional there just there for a paycheck go anywhere but here

Waited months for an appointment and couldn’t find the place (hospital maze). Called and couldn’t get through to get directions. Finally got through and was now 10 minutes late for appointment and they wouldn’t see me or allow me to wait. The person I spoke to wasn’t the nicest either. So frustrating… Given the negative reviews on here seems like a blessing in disguise. I’ll go elsewhere.
