So good Brown sugar vanilla ice cream! And this place is Vegan, 100% gluten free! They opened it because they wanted to reduce their dependence on animals. I will definitely be back for more ice cream here.

This is all the rage in my gluten-free/dairy-free family! we always have hard time finding food shops to accommodate our allergies, let alone ice cream! we are so thankful for frankie & jo’s. The ice cream was delicious, service was lovely and the place is a bit small but is decorated and organized lovely. So many fun flavors!! 😀 Have a good day!

Delicious ice cream, especially for those who can no longer handle dairy. Every flavor is delicious, which makes it so hard to choose! I come here often due to proximity of the ferry and boy is it dangerous. The staff is always welcoming and there’s never been a line. Check it out if you have the time!

I have tried about ten flavors and never had one that wasn’t delicious. I don’t even feel the need to test and I just go with whatever looks good or is recommended.
It’s the most expensive ice cream I’ve purchased and with tip it is easy to spend $15 per person but it’s a really nice treat

My favorite ice cream hands down, and I'm not even vegan or lactose intolerant. So creamy. So rich. Best waffle cones of all time. Must go at least once a month to make sure I sample their latest seasonal flavors. The only problem is they're only in Seattle and San Francisco.

Did a road trip from Washington State to visit this coveted "last location" for us, since we were addicted to the different locations in Seattle. Arrived on Christmas Eve after seeing their holiday hours, built our schedule around the visit, and they weren't open. We even waited around in the plaza and checked out other stores to see if there was some delay, and asked on Instagram. After waiting for an hour, the whole place was still locked with the lights out, we left thoroughly disappointed. Rubbing salt in the wound, the IG team said that we were wrong, they were open, the employee must be in the bathroom! Utterly unbelievable. On a day with limited hours, if there's some kind of closure or late opening, that should be posted.

We stopped in after lunch to grab a pint for later that evening. I was a little surprised at how expensive a pint was ($15!) but then I was FURIOUS when I got home and saw that the ice cream was also *vegan*. Never in my life would I have knowingly paid $15 for vegan ice cream.

Then we ate it, and it was some of the best ice cream I've ever had, which is even more upsetting because now I'll have to pay $15 for vegan ice cream again. We got the California Cabin flavor.
