It’s honestly very annoying every time. I really want to get ice cream this place is closed even though it stated they close at 8 PM or 8:30. Why put that on your door and your website if it’s not true the workers in there are very rude. Me and my friend came around five. We tried to open the door because we saw Workers in there They proceeded to tell us the rudest tones I’ve ever came across that they’re close even though on the website and on the door, it says they close at eight. I really hope that we get a better ice cream. Boba shop in town do not recommend even trying to go you just ended up wasting gas

We arrived at 4:50pm ordered a banana split and noticed that the tables and chairs were all stacked. I proceeded to take a table down so we could eat our banana split when I.was informed that the dinning area was closed. How are you open until 8:30pm and have no place for people to sit at 5pm? Our dine in turned into take out.

Tried to go multiple times… sign says open until 8:00, flashing OPEN sign in window, inside worker is cleaned up and says they’re closed.

Update hours or open as listed. Bummer it’s the only real ice cream shop option in town and it’s a hit or miss if it’s going to be open or not.

This place literally is the worst ice cream shop I have EVER come across. They're hours are seriously terrible. Everytime I'm with people that want to get some ice cream we never can get it here because these geniuses decide to close before 8:30? Absolutely ridiculous. I hope the building can move on to a real ice cream shop.

I’ve been addicted to this place ever since I discovered it when I recently moved here. The chocolate mudslide ice cream is to die for - I have to have it at least twice a week. 😂 The young women who work there are all friendly. The reason for four stars and not five is twofold, they’ve taken the prices off of the menu boards completely, and the prices are really, really high. Removing the prices from the menu board is manipulative - the only possible reason for that is that they’re afraid we will see those prices and turn around and walk out. If we all started doing that, maybe they wouldn’t keep doing what they’re doing. It won’t keep me from getting ice cream there but it does irritate me now every time I walk in there. Make your own choices. And by the way, you have to try “Mudslide” if you like chocolate ice cream. I just discovered it’s made by Tillamook and I Googled it and found out they sell it at SaveMart! It was over $5 for a half gallon, but I bought three of them because it is so good and the ice cream cone with two scoops at this store is usually close to $4! The four stars instead of five is only because of that price manipulation and the cost because their ice cream is great. Try Maui Wowie also if you like gelato. It’s cherry and papaya and pineapple I think and it’s really really yummy!

Online hours are not only inaccurate, but they don't even follow their own hours posted on the door. Ice cream they sell is VERY mediocre too. Get your ice cream fix elsewhere because this place ain't it.

After a half hour wait the order was wrong. Nice girl working but can't make change. Owner/coworker a complete jerk. Must operate on a loss, on a good note at least it was open today 😞

Never in our lives have we been to an eating establishment that did not display any prices. We were on a road trip and wanted ice cream. Ice cream was ok.
