Myself and my husband both had been referred by our PCP to this center. I barley got by with my appointment. You must be an advocate for yourself to be a patient. I had to call them multiple times to get an appointment for both the doctor and the procedure. If your not one to do that I suggest not to use this GI doctor. My husband was referred also, he is much to busy with work to try to beg for an appointment so his appointment Referal expired to start all over. We decided to go back to our PCP and start over with a different specialist. I recommend the same! Good luck.

It has been two weeks since I have been approved to have a colonoscopy.
After reading the reviews I agree with the majority of the people of the rudeness of this office.
It seems now that these days people do not enjoy their job anymore.
The woman I spoke to her name is Regina, very rude.
She didn't even let me talk as she spoke over me so I spoke over her,
she told me they'll get back to me which they have not schedule an appointment for me but I guarantee you there's going to be a lawsuit.

Worst office on earth. It’s always packed, they clearly over book appointments. The doctor (Hemant Pande) is a complete joke! My moms blood work came back horrible, literally lit up like a Christmas tree and he told her they were all fine. Told her she had a fatty liver, then did an endoscopy and told her she had gerd, then at the appointment today told her all of her symptoms are from the food she eats. My mother cannot keep food down. All she eats is chicken and rice. He genuinely has no idea what he is doing. When we tried to question that he interrupts and talks over you and then walks out. This place is a JOKE! If you care about your loved one, do not come here.

If you get them as a referral from doctor just asked to be switched. The doctor is great and nice but the nurses are the worst. They have to respect and they have a bog attitude. Don't need anyone going through this with them.

I wish I could put 0 stars because this place is straight bullsh*t. The nurses have absolutely no respect, I've been trying to schedule an appointment due to some internal bleeding and they won't return my calls or schedule an appointment. These people literally do not care about your well being, just your insurance.

Terrible service from Dr. Pandes staff, in particular Alicia and Erlinda. Waited for a procedure appointment for over a month. I had to find another Doctor.

I had an appointment at 3pm, arrived few minutes before and filled out paperwork in less than 5min. Front desk nurse took co-payment right away. After arriving 7 ppl also got here after me. Everyone else that had arrived after me went in 3:30, 3:45, 4pm 4:15 passed and I finally went and asked the front desk if they were going to call me in and explain that I had an appointment at 3pm and had been waiting in the lobby. Apparently they did not have me on the list to be called in. This is unacceptable, the nurses should pay more attention to when they check in ppl.
