Making an appointment, rescheduling appointment, and even follow up on results promised, the service is horrible for a practice.

Making an appointment: No one picks up even during hours the prompt suggested, which was lunch hours of 12pm and 1pm, and after 3pm. Was waiting for at least 10 minutes before either someone picks up and can barely answer questions, or straight to voicemail and MAYBE get a call back.

Rescheduling: same as the above but somehow they claimed the scan was already done in the system when the call was about rescheduling the very same scan.

Follow ups: NONE. They said someone will call with results in a 3-4 days. Called after a week, and asked about results, and--SURPRISE--no one reviewed it. This happened TWICE for two different tests a month a part.

Only reason they get 2 stars is the doctor actually listened to concerns, addressed it, and suggested scans to alleviate concerns. Otherwise, 1 or 0 star would've been given.

Great front desk personnel which I really appreciated. Awesome medical personnel (Robin LaBerge). She explained everything to me and showed real concern for me. Awesome job by all and I would refer Gastro Health definitely.

No one is on the phone, ever. I’ve been trying to call these past three days, they picked up once telling me to send additional documents. Ever since I always get put on hold and it always automatically hung up. Tried calling at different times of the day and nope!

The doctors here are absolutely the best! They are kind, extremely knowledgeable and actually eager to fix the problem, unlike other doctors we had been to who just treated us like "just another patient". I absolutely would (and have!) Recommend them!!
