From start to finish the office staff & Dr. Peller were very engaged, professional, friendly, thorough, patient. Great initial rapport with Dr Peller. I was quite anxious about this appointment & process (its the 1st time I'm doing this procedure). Put me at ease with clear, concise communication & easy going demeanor. So far, working out well!

If you have to have a gastro person, this is your guy! Takes his time, very thorough. I changed my insurance to keep him! The office staff is great also, she helped straighten out all the changing details between primary doctors and insurance, much appreciated!

If you want to waste your time in the waiting room , then you are at the right spot. Be prepared to wait over an hour to see the doctor.

The only good thing about my visit was the nurse at the front desk. She was helpful and patient. She was also very sweet, and she deserves to work at a nicer office. Other than that, I had to wait for 2 hours in the waiting room and was appalled with the doctor's people skills. During my visit, he continuously cut me off when I was speaking, called me a scatterbrain, told me to stop talking, and then proceeded to listen to my husband more than me. I had gone in to ask for advice on how to deal with my gallbladder stones and was requesting information on how I should change my diet to prevent my stones from getting worse, and he essentially told me he moreso specializes in acid reflux issues and referred me to see a gastro surgeon. I was able to answer my own questions with an extensive Google search after my visit (for free). Also, his picture online is about 20 years old. The man is clearly in his late sixties or seventies. In all, would not recommend.

Excellent! Dr. Peller and his medical staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice. Five stars. I appreciated the discussion for suggestions on my health and diet. Medical terms were explained clearly.
