These people are ridicoulous. Why? First, they do not answer the phone. I called many times days PRIOR to a scheduled apt to cancel the apt. They never answered AND there was no way to leave a voicemail. Second, they NEVER called me to CONFIRM said apt. Then, they have the audacity to mail a "no show" office bill. I NEVER signed any agreement accepting their office policies, plus they do not have my SS info. Good luck collecting.

Was a good experience until I have my last of three procedures. Last bill i was charge for simply asking questions about if this did not solve my issue what the next steps would be. When I called they did confirm that I was charged extra because I was asking questions and considered it a separate "doctor visit." I was with the same doctor the entire time of my visit. I will be seeking help elsewhere as I no longer feel comfortable asking questions without fear of additional charges.

I left a voicemail to schedule an appointment and they called me back within a few hours and got me in for the same week. Shaina the PA was extremely helpful and kind. She gave me lots of information to help me. At check out I met a nice girl, Mary, who explained everything in old people terms so I could understand it. She was so patient and wrote little notes so I wouldn’t forget! They are the best!

Dr. Dedania was very nice & was sincerely worried for my condition & very eager to help get me better. He explained things to me very well, even more so when he was describing 2 procedures I will have to undergo; & stated that if the medicine he gives me doesn't work, there are other medicines that could help! The nurse, front office staff, and the Billing/Office Manager were also extra nice and helpful. The front office staff & the nurse told me not to worry about having been late & it made me feel comfortable being there; but what surprised me even more is that Dr. Dedania himself - I didn't even bring it up to him - told me not to worry about having been late, that this happens & it's ok & he didn't want me worrying about it! My experience - being a new patient - was over 100% satisfied today & I definitely want Dr. Dedania to be my Gastroenterologist from here on out!

Thus far, I have seen Dr. Dedania twice and he has been very thorough and is a great listener and shows that he cares for his patients so if I go back I would only schedule with him.
However, the Physician Assistant Shaina G was not the most pleasant person to encounter for the first time on my 3rd visit. I'm not sure what was her problem with me but throughout the whole time she was rushing and asking question after question without letting me fully answer. It felt like she didn't want to deal with me but had to because I was on her schedule. Towards the end I eventually shut down I didn't even want to continue to ask questions although I'm paying her for the visit the way she was talking back was not professional and just had unpleasant attitude. I really left the office not happy that I requested my records. Unfortunately, I trusted her to be as good as Dr. Dedania but was proven wrong.

I would not recommend a place that 1. Doesn’t call back when leaving messages to scheduling or medical team 2. Does not communicate reasoning to insurance company therefore declining claim needed 3. Does not try to help their patient get the necessary information to help them get scans done to external office 4. Doesn’t bother to call back after being put on hold after calling 6 times with no answer

I absolutely detest medical offices that provide the LEAST level of care and don’t bother to help or call back patients that have had their appointments canceled and rescheduled due to their lack of efforts!! 100% would not recommend this office

If I could leave this location 0 stars, I 100% would. Doctor performed an endoscopy last year, and left abruptly after the procedure. I was advised by the nurse that he would contact me about the results, and months go by and I was not contacted by the doctor or PA. In addition, my pharmacist has requested to refill omeprazole multiple times with no response. I have had to purchase omeprazole over the counter. I specifically requested to be seen by a doctor in lieu of a Physician Assistant for the appointment date of January 20th, 2023. They even called a couple days before the appointment to remind me of the appointment and confirmed over the phone that I would be seen by a Doctor. I arrived at the office today just for them to tell me that I will be seen by a PA again instead of a doctor. Why is it acceptable for you to change it without notice? If this was the case, I would have never made a long drive. Every visit, I have to pay over $100 co-pay, it is my choice and agreement with the office that I should be seen by a doctor, not a PA. Overall, this office is unprofessional and lacks integrity. Advice to all patients, please find a more reputable gastroenterologist than this location.
