Dr. Marcello and his team were amazing. I was nervous as this was my first colonoscopy, but it ended up being a good experience (besides the prep work!). Everything was on time. The nurses were efficient and super friendly. In and out in a couple hours!

From the bottom of my heart (or maybe I should reference another part of my innards), I am so grateful for the superb care I have received at Lahey Gastroenterology. Dr. Stella Chow is not only a brilliant physician, she is also a person whose compassion is boundless. —Having had several colonoscopies at Lahey Peabody, I can assure any prospective apprehensive or anxious patient: every single person at the Endoscopy Department will treat you with compassion, allay all of your fears, and make the experience very much a "much-ado-about-nothing."

From stat to finish all staff was amazing! Extremely professional, caring and personable. Especially my nurse. She literally got on her knee’s to speak to me face to face as I was sitting in the chair going over discharge papers. She was sympathetic to my issues. More importantly she gave me lots of encouragement moving forward with my health issues. She went beyond her call as a nurse. All the nurses were great ! Dr also was great !

I would recommend Lahey in Peabody and Burlington MA to anybody that needs any type of medical care at all. I have never had a bad experience with any doctor nurse, employee, or anybody associated with Lahey and they actually treat you like they would their own family. They go above and beyond to be sure you are being taken care of. Each and every of them.
Dr, Michelle Stefka was a new Dr. that I haven’t met and she was very professional, nice, caring and informative and made sure that my questions were answered. I recommend Lahey 1000% hands-down! You couldn’t pay me to change my doctors! If they had a one to 10 star rating, I would definitely choose a 10!

I must say that considering this is a procedure. Nobody is looking forward to if there’s a place you want to go it’s LAHEY! The staff from start to finish were absolutely fantastic! This is the first time I had met Dr. Chow also and she was j The staff from start to finish were absolutely fantastic! This is the first time I had met Dr. Chow also and she was just wonderful very knowledgeable very caring! I am a retired OR nurse, so I know a lot of what’s really good and bad and this team from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave are fabulous!!
